Who’s Behind
The original idea of the Cumulus Digital Culture was launched in Bratislava in October 2007 by Frederic Degouzon. This website was set up by Silvio Cioni (whom we thank for his wonderful efficiency) and is currently managed by Frederic Degouzon and Silvio Cioni.
